Arena Solutions utilizes their web site as a massive lead generation tool, awareness and educational device. Arena is uniquely charged with the task of educating those who need PLM and may not even know it.
Empowering decision making was a big part of our rebrand exercise. A series of data sheets were designed to instantly communicate the levels of the product offering at a glance.
In an emergent space its important to communicate exactly what you’re doing. We achieved this thru a series of rich animated videos that took users on a tour of the product and the space led by those who knew it best…the employees working on the software everyday.
A testament to the power of design, a series of posters were created to immediately communicated the value and benefits for the businesses who adopted PLM. The posters are used to now explain manufacturing with PLM in college courses around the U.S. today.
Without PLM the manufacturers real product became the waste and flawed systems in place that took those who should be making things away from their core focus…making things.
Helpful software isn’t always that easy to adopt, after all it’s complicated, this manufacturing thing. So we devised a series of communications and a web presence that put new users on a schedule to get up to speed and moved them into the product with guidance.
Personal high touch welcome package was sent to adoptees of the product. In this box came a useful start guide, business cards of important contacts within the company, (including the ceo). a
All registered users of Arena PLM received a monthly email detailing usage. It also proved to be a useful marketing tool as internal teams could market webinars and training and upgrades to users based on what they were and weren’t using in the product.
To keep the sales team motivated and in tune with corporate brand ideals, a series of internal posters were created that illustrated key thoughts in regards to Arena customers and prospects.
