Eclipse 2019

FiftyFifty Brewing Co. is a Truckee, California based brewery and pub that believes everything in life should be lived (and brewed) in balance. 

Their premier offering is an annual release called Eclipse: an Imperial Stout, that is barrel aged in a variety of whiskey barrels and blended into a dozen or more styles each year. These are just a few of the styles.

Overall the Eclipse label was designed to be an extensible system that could adapt to any new flavor though simple color & copy updates.

The label system focused on a central visual and color accent that paired to a coordinated wax dip color.

Each label had a metallic effect that gave a luminosity to each label that accented the “eclipse” effect.
